with and learn from peers committed to taking a leadership
role in their organizations.

Services
Members can
attend up to eight (8) annual three-hour meetings with other
members (though a realistic target is to actually attend six
roundtable meetings annually). To ensure the highest quality, each meeting is facilitated
and coordinated by Suzanne Elshult who is also responsible
for designing and coordinating meetings, documenting and distributing
meeting notes and materials, maintaining an e-community listbot
service and a secured web site area, and ensuring that meetings
respond to identified needs and add significant value to participants
who take time out of their busy schedules to attend.
Suzanne is available to provide limited coaching/consulting
support as part of the membership to member organizations.
Roundtable
Logistics
Meetings
are typically hosted by a member organization. Each meeting
has a theme or is focused on a couple of strategic issues
identified as being of critical importance to roundtable participants.
The meeting format and design result in rich informal learning/sharing
that can best be provided in a small, intimate group. Typically,
a participant company experience or initiative is showcased,
thus providing the foundation for a meaningful exchange. Candid
feedback to participants sharing work in progress is encouraged.
Occasionally, a subject matter expert is brought in to shed
light on a particular topic. No marketing of services to members
is allowed.
Executive
Coaching/Consulting
Forum members
can access up to four sessions per year of telecoaching/consulting
services from Suzanne as part of their membership.

Here are some examples
of questions brought forward
by members:
-
I would like to grow as a
leader and "tune my style". Can you help me take
myself to that "next level" of leadership?
-
I am about to launch a major project and
would like to contact another participant organization
that has pertinent experience. Who do you recommend I
contact? What about non-member organizations?
-
I would like to survey member organizations'
experience on a particular topic/issue. Could you issue
a broadcast e-mail to our member distribution list and
let me know what you find out? How can I use our e-community
online discussion group?
-
A project I am "championing" is off track.
I need a "sounding board" and some ideas.
-
I need some external consulting assistance.
Can you refer me to one or several qualified external
consultants/service providers?
Fees
Members pay
an annual fee to help off-set costs of coordination and facilitation.
